1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Mario Auto Keys, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Mario Auto Keys provides mobile auto locksmith services including but not limited to:
- Car key replacement and programming
- Emergency vehicle lockout services
- Van and commercial vehicle key services
- Key fob repair and replacement
- Ignition repair and replacement
- DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) cleaning and regeneration
- AdBlue system diagnostics and repairs
3. Service Requests and Quotes
- All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer
- Final costs may vary if the actual work required differs from the initial assessment
- We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with work
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
4. Vehicle Ownership Verification
To ensure security and prevent fraud:
- You must provide proof of vehicle ownership or authorization before we perform any locksmith services
- Acceptable proof includes V5C registration document, insurance documents, or vehicle purchase documents
- We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof cannot be provided
- We may verify ownership with the DVLA or local authorities if necessary
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
- For emergency callouts, payment may be required before service
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
6. Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee
- Emergency callout cancellations after technician dispatch may incur a callout fee
- We will waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances
7. Warranty and Guarantees
- All workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days from completion
- Replacement parts carry manufacturer warranties where applicable
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with proof of service
8. Liability
- We carry full public liability insurance for our services
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles
- We use professional non-destructive entry methods for lockouts and guarantee no damage to your vehicle
- We are not responsible for damage caused by customer-supplied parts or keys
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided, except where prohibited by law
9. Emergency Services
For emergency lockout services:
- Emergency services are available 24/7 subject to technician availability
- Emergency callout fees may apply for out-of-hours services
- Response times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, and other factors
- We prioritize lockout emergencies but cannot guarantee specific arrival times
10. Service Area
We provide mobile services across West Sussex. Service availability outside our standard coverage area is subject to confirmation and may incur additional travel charges.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their vehicle and location
- Ensuring safe and legal access to the vehicle
- Providing proof of ownership or authorization
- Informing us of any special requirements or access restrictions
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mario Auto Keys or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Data Protection

14. Complaints and Disputes
