Children or pets locked inside?
If a child or animal is locked in a car and in distress — especially on a warm day — call 999 first. Don't wait for a locksmith. For everything else, call or WhatsApp us and we'll get to you as quickly as we can.
How we open your car
Modern cars are designed to resist forced entry, so opening them properly takes the right tools and know-how. We use specialist lock-decoding and entry tools that work through the lock or door, not against it, so the car is opened without damage to paint, glass, seals or locks.
Common lockouts we deal with
- Keys left on the seat and the doors locked behind you
- Keys dropped in the boot and the boot shut
- Keyless cars that have locked themselves with the fob inside
- A flat car battery leaving the central locking dead
- Keys lost entirely — we can open the car and make a new key in the same visit
What you'll need
We'll ask you to prove the car is yours once it's open (photo ID plus the V5C or insurance documents, which are often in the glovebox). It's a quick check that protects every car owner.
